Sommerberg hotel artscreens

Pictured above are the two artscreens hung on the facade of the Sommerberg hotel during 2009 for the hotels centinary year. Each screen measured 9m x 4.5m and they were created using black acrylic painted onto tissue paper. The lefthand screen shows much of the wildlife found throughout the Black Forest and the righthand screen depicts a snow scene with the old wooden Sommerberg hotel that burnt down in the sixties.
